Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Illumicrate fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
